This morning I bought a 7-day trial subscription to Media Crawler. Once the payment went through I realised the whole thing was a scam. I then read on this forum that many other people have been had too. To avoid being charged the full amount, I immediately cancelled the trial subscription by logging on to secure.avangate.com using my e-mail address and order number. Once there I was able to change my subscription status for Media Crawler, disabling the auto-renewal option. A few minutes later I got a confirmation email from Avangate Customer Service saying that 'the automatic payment for your Media Crawler after trial expiry has been successfully cancelled'.... Hope this helps

Could you please specify how you did this. I just now walked into the same mistake, and Im unable to cancel my subscription.
