I went on the site thinking it was a bidding site and it said you had to sign up before going on. Then asked for credit card info to save your bid. I figured it was like Paypal on eBay and then found I was charged $99.00.
I have been going rounds with their customer service, never did even go on the site. They absolutely will not give a refund.
