I bought their bids and they couldn't deliver the item I won. I was told thru e-mail that I would receive a refund in full for my bid purchase and now it seems they are out of business. Now I am seeing another company offering similar bidding business- are these the same scam guys, folding and restarting under new business? Are they based in Florida? I've seen many scam schemes from Florida, because they get better protection in that state!
