I provided my shoe scam previously (on 4/10). I am trying to work through PayPal now for a refund, apparently a lengthy process. I also received the soft pencil from China. Since this is also mail fraud, I searched the USPS website for a method of reporting so that if enough people complain, perhaps they can be caught and prosecuted. Since there appear to be multiple names and email addresses for this scammer, somehow I doubt that the return address on the 6x4 padded envelope is legitimate either.
