The owner of this company, who is licensed and bonded, certified the septic system, reporting that the inlet and outlet baffles were in "good working condition" when in fact the baffles were missing. Mr. Storm also reported that he did not pump the septic system...yet...and that he fully intended on going back to the property to do the job in a week. He provided a certification document to the seller so that he could proceed with the sale of the home without having the required services accomplished. Unfortunately for the seller, another septic company that has been servicing the property for a couple of years had been out on April 13, 2012 and refused to certify the system due to baffles missing (of which the seller was told six months ago to put in before certification could be done as well as some structural work to the house that is on top of the septic system). The certifying official admitted to reporting all the things that were on the certification but then turned around and stated that he did not mean for that certification to go out to anyone other than the seller (he would send the certification document to the realtors after his second trip to the house). There has to be a way to report the falsified documentation for the certification, but I do not have any idea as to how to go about getting that done or who to contact...any suggestions???
