Be careful with the wording of there "free trial". You have to cancel after you try the trial because they will send you more of their product and charge you for it. This was not my biggest problem. When I called to ask about sending back the product I did not want for a refund, I had bad experience with there customer service. The 1st rep. actually hung up on me when I complained about their return policy! He hung up on me before I ever got any information on how to return the product. When I called back a different rep. answered and was very rude from the beginning. He claimed he was the manager and refused to deal with how rude his other rep. was to me. In addition, he actually refused to give me the return shipping address. He insisted I could get it off the website instead of just giving it to me. This was either a ploy to get more hits on the site, or they just make it difficult for you to return the product. By the way, I could hear the other rep. I dealt with originally in the background while I spoke to the manager. This indicates that this is a very small operation. Based on the way the manager handled the situation, I would not count on getting good customer service form any reps. from this "company".
