after making an orderthrough freemans an offer of £15 off my next freemans order was presented to me. i put in my email and created a password. tried to use their service, it didnt work, and i didnt think anymore of it. when i checked my account today (2 months later) i noticed completesave had taken two £10 payments from my account.
when i contacted then they alleged that i had given them my bank and card details and as i had not terminated my membership payments were taken from my account.
I checked through all my emailfolders to find any correspondance from completesave and finally found an email in my trash folder. this email contained NO ACTIVATION LINK to confirm if i wanted their free trial or further membership. i feel that they have fraudulantly charged me for a membership that i had no intention of purchasing.
