I was contacted by phone (720-785-3492) and was told i was reffered to them for work on forclosed property for 30 diferent banks. I was told to fill out the registration form for my abillities in the construction industry on www.tradeworkersonline.com and that there as a $99.00 one time charge for a background check and that these monies would be refunded upon failure of such check or upon my first job. i was told it would take 3 days and i would recieve a e-mail of acceptance or refusal of my empoyment with them by 04/07/12 and start recieving work orders on 04/10/12. this did not happen. I called the contact that contacted me n the first place and was told that trade workers had not recieved my on-line registration althoughh i had passed the background check. I refilled the required registration and requested a return call upon reciept of same I recieved no call therefore Icalled their customer service representitive on 04/11/12. At that time I was informed they had recieved my registration but they were now going to do my background check and would recieve an e-mail of acceptance by no later than 04/04/12/12. this did not happen. As of this writeing 04/16/12 I have recieved no phone calls or e-mails. In an atempt to get information from them in regards to this matter all phone numbers I have been given are unable to connect to a living breathing person, they only say that extension 7020 is unavailable. 512-661-1542, 512-661-1543, and 888-689-9971 all dial to the same response.
