on 4/9/12 was looking at some online loan websites. i didn't take a loan out..caprice marketing llc took 30.00 out of my account which then inturn caused 70.00 in nsf fees..when i try to get my money back i was told that they could only refund the 30.00..he refund will take 15 days to get back into my account...when i asked then for an email or a fax staing this i was told that hey can not provide one..they would not let me talk o a supervisor or manager. i feel they are responsible for the whole 100.oo...
