I paid for two airline return tickets (Warsaw-Toronto-Montreal) from YourTripChart, received e-tickets from YourTripPlanners and later I learnt I am not on the passenger list... I have been obviously swidled...

Below is the email I received from them after booking in order to pay:
"
Hello!

Our system shows that you've selected Bank Transfer as a payment method for your purchase. Please find the transfer instructions below. Once the transfer is complete, please confirm it online in the My Itineraries at www.yourtripchart.com, so that we can activate your tickets.

Our company can also provide tickets to you BEFORE we receive your payment. These tickets will be activated after your payment is confirmed. Please email us if you'd like to receive tickets copy before you submit your payment.
