After we gave them our money, we found out that there were several complaints regarding this law Firm. I blamed my self for not doing due deligence on this firm. Our nightmare began when we received a notifcation from the company in May 2011 stating that they can help us reduce our interest rate without refinancing. I reached out to them. I worked with Mike Zadeh and I was told that they will work with our Mortgage bank (HSBC) to bring our interest to 4%. I sent them my w2, paystub, utility bill, mortgage statement etc. I was informed that the firm will charge us $3895 for their services. I signed the document and gave this firm $3895. I was also told that it will take two months to work with our bank in interest rate reduction. Since August of 2011, I have been reaching out to this firm and it has been fruitless. In december i sent a certified letter to their CEO -Bruce Weiner (He called me in December to tell me that i will get my money in January. I have been trying since then to get our money from this dubious company. I told him his companay is a fraud and he said they are legitimate. He has stopped taking my calls!
