Hoping "Mary" will see this. My product was shipped in a plain box with no return information or instructions as well. The contact number was fake, and the website non-existent! I disputed the transaction through my bank as well as closing down my debit card to avoid further transactions. Their customer service center refused to refund my money stating that "it was a trial offer and their product wasn't returned". NO WHERE was that stated when I ordered the product!!! The Clearwater address was given on my chargeback, along with a customer service phone number. Here's the information, hope it will help someone! Will let evryone know if my money actually makes it back into my account...
