I ordered the cream on a free trial. Nowhere did I see the terms and conditions. I used the cream had an extreme allergic reaction and had to go to the hospital. I emailed the company, heard nothing. Then they took £79.95 out of account. I called immediately that day, and spoke to an arrogant person who said he would refund me £34. I was fuming he eventually said he would refund £51, which I'm still waiting for. I've emailed them again with pictures and still I've heard nothing. I am going to take this to the national press. They should not be allowed to get away with it.

Contact Action Fraud on 03001232040.
I have and given them the details of Mystique and Pura Silk. I have also contacted the Daily Mail because when I clicked on the ad to have a read it took me to what I thought was the Daily Mails femail web page, I contacted them to let them know that these companys were using their web page without their knowledge. If enough people get in touch with Action Fraud it will go to the Police and then they hopefully they be will caught, the return address on my Pura Silk is not an viable address good luck lets get these evil people before someone gets hurt even more. -
