I received a loan back on 2/10/12 from another loan company and thus loan appeared in my account.
I never received an email or communication from them
Now i had to close my checking account because they are attempting to draft a closed account. I was able to track a fax number down to contact them and still no response , they say I never contacted them and they are now drawing money out of a new account and multiples times , 90, 90, 90, 90, 30- but they are also attempting to draw from the close account causing multiple issues to arrive
