I to have had the same situation here in the UK i won a bidding package on 8 march and thought i would give it ago to see what it was like. I should have realised it was too good to be true from yesterday they have taken out almost £70 from my account. I have been to my bank today and they can not get the money back for me as Ziinga have it in their t&c even though we are not made aware of this. I am in the process of reporting this to action fraud. My bank has cancelled my card but have informed me that they can still try and take and might still get more money out of my account which they can claim back. I feel like such a fool as most like everyone else. I telephoned Ziinga last night by phone and got nothing but dogs abuse that it was my own fault i signed up to a membership and i will NOT get my money back. I also tried to cancel the membership and was basically told i can NOT do that either and if i do then i will also have to pay £28 and will not see a penny from the other money. This is absolutely disgusting that these people can get away with this behaviour something needs to be done to stop them.
