I gave a 3000 deposit for a vehicle. Drove for 2 weeks was then told by one person to bring back because of financing and told by another person because of a flooring inspection with the bank. I did not know what that meant so I took the car back was given something else to ride in. 2 weeks later was given car back and told to sign a new contract. After being told I can't get my money back so I had no choice but to sign or lose money and car I signed new contract. Received calls from bank days later my application could not be approved without further documents and I had until 5pm to submit or I would be denied. Was unable to meet that deadline so application was denied. Dealer is now stating I interfered with bank approval so therefore I lose my deposit as well as the car.
