One screen was ordered at $19.95 plus $7.95 shipping and handling. Included in this was a second screen. My account was charged for TWO (2) SETS of screens, that is 2 x $19.95 plus 2 x $7.95!! In addition, I was charged $35.00 for insufficient funds in my account. I keep an account with the exact amount (and a little extra) for online purchases. Since the company ordered two sets, the amount was well over $50.

After placing this order, the company then tries to sell you many different things you do not need, upgrades, etc. At the end of the phone call they do not tell you what your total is or give you a way to confirm your order or how to contact them. When you go online you then find out you cannot contact the company, that the only way to resolve this issue is to refuse the order.

Bad way to do business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on them for trying to scam people! Let the product sell itself and stop trying to hustle people!
