Submitted information to take this service then realized was not what i thought it was sent an email to cancel less than and hr later. Someone call and assured me would be no charges to me or the inmate which was a lie . i sent another email and told them again that i wanted my money back. So far have not heard anything from them and have not received my money back. Did not make any calls on this service and lost 35.00 i think they should have given me my money back or at least answered my email.
