I bought a pair of shoes from this website on 3/26/12. I sent 2 follow up emails on the contact us page and did not receive a response. After researching the website and finding other complaints, I filed a complaint through paypal. Paypal responded saying they heard from the seller and my items have been shipped. Today (4/19/12) I received a kitchen sponge in the mail from Xiaoya Yang in China. I responded to paypal and am awaiting their response.
