On 2/16/12 I recieved an email with a link from a trusted relative. Like a fool, I read the article and was sucked in. I provided payment of $97.95 on my credit card. A couple days later, I recieved a phone call from a woman claiming she was from the company and assured me that my software was on it's way to my house and the site was down - which explained that I had no access to thier 'network'. She asked me alot of questions that I thought were inappropriate... Details about my credit, ect. When I refused to answer them she said that she would be getting back to me the following day. Of course, no one called and I tried to call them to say I was no longer interested. Amazing!~ There is no way to get a hold of anyone! I still have recieved no product and no refund. I even had another guy call me a couple weeks ago to ask me how my buisness was going! I explained to him the woes I had encountered and he said that he would report the problem to the 'corporate office' and get back to me. Of course, nothing. What a bunch of a-holes. If anyone has any information about how to recover your money please let me know.
