I ordered the Orgreenics 9 inch pan and the bonus pan for just the price of the extra shipping. It took a while to get to me but when they arrived, the surface looked a little strange, especially on one of the pots. I treated them as instructed, but found after two uses, that the pan surfaces began to chip off. I called the company shortly after the two uses, well within the time frame for complaints and returns, I was told. I relayed this information to the customer rep who seemed to understand and promised a replacement shipment. I was also told to toss the pots, which I did. Nothing arrived and on March 19, called again was told they were on their way.. On April 4th, I called again and was told they were be delivered by April 19th, for sure. I told the rep that if they did not arrive, I would definitely want my money back and she assured me this was noted in my file. Today is April 20 and I called again, explained the issue to the customer service rep and asked to speak to a supervisor. He answered that he would be delighted to pass me on to a supervisor, and then promptly hung up on me. I had already waited more than 11 minutes on hold and I will not call again. What I will do is copy this information onto any and every site that tracks scams as well as report this to my credit card agency. These pots are crap and so is this company service.
