I am currently disputing a $61 order processed on 11/07/2011. The check was cashed by Atlantic Circulation on 11/07/2011 for a subscription service that has never been fulfilled. In February, I filed BBB claim #8918919. Atlantic Circulation responded to the complaint and advised that fulfillment of the subscription was scheduled for 02/29/2012 which was “Within their 120 fulfillment time frame” that is quoted on their website. BBB closed the issue and assumed it was resolved. It is now 04/20/2012, five months since the check was processed and 60 days since the original BBB claim and no product has been sent to me. I have attempted to e-mail ACI and call them on several occasions. At this time, the ACI website is offline, their e-mail is unresponsive and their phone lines are never answered. If there is a class action lawsuit, I would love to be a part of it. At this point I would pay another $60, just to see them shut down and prosecuted.
