I THOUGHT i WAS GETTING A LOAN BUT THAT WASN;T IT. i CANCELLED IT IMMEDIATELY AND THEY SAID NO CHARGE WOULD BE ON MY BANK ACCOUNT. The company that called me was USAcredit. They said I had to call platium on line becausde they did cancel my order but platium did not. They gave me the number to platium and I called them and they said they would check it out and call me back. They never called me back. They took 99.49 plus 30.00 overdraft fee for a total of 129.49. Now they don't answer the phone when I try calling. please help.
