These people call me telling me I owe a payday loan, and if I didn't pay the sheriffs will pick me up at my job or home. This is a scam! You can not be arrested for not paying on a payday loan. I have filled bankruptcy, so any creditor has to go through my attroney. I gane them the ifo to contact her, and they never did, I asked them to email me any legal docu. stating the creditor info. They sent it and it was sent in a PDF file format, this mean I could alture the docu. the form isn't real. you should never be able to adjust any legal documentation. I sent it to my attorney and she said it looks fishy. also it didn't have any of the creditors info nor mine it just said payday loan. this could be a number of people. I also looked up the number where these people called from and it said landline, a real company will never have a landline it will have a bussiness line. I call them back and gave them a peice of my mind, and let them know I was going to my local atthorthies, and court systems with this info that was sent to me. I going to expose these rat one way or another, people work to hard for their money to be scammed by these people. DO YOUR HOMEWORK before you give anyone your money. You can check with your local courts to see if anyone is sueing you, all legal documentations will come to your home as a certified letter. I know this personally.
