How does this company conduct business needs to be investigated!

I opened my credit card statement this morning, I saw a $14,95 charge from local net with a phone number 716-799-0324. I never heard of this company and curious what this charge is for. so I called this number ask what kind of service they provide. I was told they are internet service company and provide local dial up internet connection. I told them, I have high speed internet service for a couple of years, I do not need a dial up internet service plus I do not have inline telephone and no way for me to use this kind of service. I told them this is must be a mistake to charge my account. Then I was transferred to customer service, Thamansa answered phone. I explained the situation. She said I called in on April 11, 2012. I told her I didn't know your company's existence how could I call your company. I have high speed internet service for a couple of years why do I need a local dial up service? plus I do not even have inline phone how could I possibly use your service. I told her if you could show me any evidence I signed contract to agree to use this service or you could let me listen your recorded message I called in to ask for service I am willing to pay. She refused to credit my account unless I sign a form to cancel the service. I told her I never singed up anything with your company nothing to cancel about. your company stoled my credit card information, this is a criminal activity. She hung up phone twice on me without correcting her company's illegal charge on my account.
This is not a lot of money, but if a company can steal one person's information they can steal many other people' s credit card information too and I have no idea how many people could fall into their victims. I often overlook detailed charge just paid whatever the credit card statement says. This company teach me a good lesson!
This is not a money issue. is a company's moral standard to conduct business!
