On 6/6/2011 I "won" a Black 4GB touch screen MP4 player. After several complaints after reaching the 10th day of maximum non delivery date, a rep at a BR stated: "who told you 10 days?....it's always been 14 days max." At 20 days of non receiving of product, I was finally given a tracking # which I was supposed to track my product by (BR couldn't tell me....?) I tried. UPS, FED Ex, Reg Postal Service, etc. the tracking # BR had given me was bogus. Then I finally get a message stating that: "due to over demand on this product, they're having problems filling orders on this product." I'm thinking: "really,....then how did you give me a tracking number 20 days ago?". Then they have the nerve to offer me 5 more bonus points (that expire in 24 hours) to appease me.

Bid Rad is a total scam and I've read similar complaints of the "excant" same thing happening to them on the line. I.e., 'winning products' but never receiving them. I've come to almost 30+ days since I 'won' my product and still haven't seen it.

Bid Rack is a scam. They take your $ and then NEVER ship your product. Allen Miller, Edmond Oklahoma.
