When they charged me $98.16 on my credit card after a month (relatively) free trial. I had paid about $5 for shipping. They told me that they would continue to charge the $98.16 every month unless I sent the originial package with the contents (used) back to them. I said that I had to retrieve the package from a house at a different location and that I would not get it back to them immediately. They said it was OK. Then when I didn't get a refund on my credit card, they said that I hadn't sent it back within the 60 day time limit. So they will not refund my money.
