I read their article in Athlon magazine and ordered what I thought were two converter boxes when they did not arrive at the appointed time I called customer service who told me that I had ordered two antennas which I never heard before I was told that they were delivered that day,which they were not. I was given a tracking number that the U.S. post office said didnt exist. I checked the next day still no converter boxes or antennas.
