I orderd a personalized Olivia birthday shirt for my daughters birthday party on3/5/12. I recieved a confirmation on 3/13/12 saying my order will be shipped in 4 to 7 days. ON 3/22/12 I recieved another message saying it will be shipped in 2-3 days. On 3/24/12 i recived an email sayin my order was shipped and would arrive in 7 to 10 days by ups. My daughters birthday came and went and still have not recieved my shirt. today is 4/23/12 I have emailed them 5 times and called the number and I always get hung up on!!!!!!! Sooooo mad
