I applied for a payday load and did not receive a loan from this company. They say the $30 is an application fee because I was pre approved. The woman I spoke with is trying anything she can to get me to keep my account/application open. I told them I did not authorize this transfer and to refund my money. After butting me on hold for like 15 minutes she returned and stated that she initated a refund and it would take 10-15 business days and gave me a confirmation #. I had already filed a complaint with my bank to refund my money so we will see which one goes through 1st.
