i decided to try the trial for Auravie. i never received the product and then i got a letter in the mail stating that i owed $97.88. i called customer service, to explained that i never received the product and what should i do. they were very rude to me and preety much told me ,that's my problem and kept explaining over and over about the terms and condtions. i try to explain, how can i pay for something i never RECIEVED..... NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.don't buy from these people. they tell you one thing, and it's really something else.
