Jay, This company is a huge scam. Did they use the name Afflac Assist when you dealt with them? These 2 companies work hand in hand. I work for a dispute and resolution firm and we handle these cases and have helped many people get their money back. I am a consumer advocate and have seen this happen over and over. They close one company because of the complaints and then open under a different name, scamming so many people. I am a consumer advocate that works on cases just like these.
