I ordered a pair of Nine West shoes from the Rios website on April 15 and never received them; however, I was charged. After I sent numerous emails to the email address listed on the site and realized that there is no phone number to contact them even though they list hours that you can call, I am in the process of disputing the charge with MasterCard and Pay Pal. Pay Pal has said that the Seller's name is registered as Qifen Feng with an email address of [email protected]. Do NOT order from this site.
