I ordered a pair of bicycle wheels, paid with Western Union. After ripper bicycles received the money they told me that the wheels would be shipped via Asia Cargo Express and provided me with a tracking number. That shipping company doesn't exist the website is a hollow shell with about 40 pages indexed by google.
