For 3 months i have tried to cancel this acount throughh this company and was told that it was cancelled. On the 20th of the past 3 months to the present my account has been charged $19.99. they have promised to send gift cards in the mail even up to $100.00. I have not received them yet. i got one $20.00 gift card used $15.00 off of it and hte card is no longer active for the remainder of the balance.I feel like they have robbed me and fed me ma line that would satisfy me in getting my money back to no end. I was then told that there was no refund in their policy.
