my husband got aphone call from countycheck srevices stating i owed a payday loan.if i would not pay i would be sent a summons to appear in court.they offered a settlement of 2 payments of 257.01.afraid i gave them my debit card #,they gave me confirmation #s for both transactions.still have not received a paid in full.the last payment was made on 03-30-2012.please help!i dont have money to just give away.my husband has cancer that is enough stess alone.
