attempted to buy an english bulldog, and was told the 250.00 was for shipping the pet. was told that the actual adoption was free, all i had to do is pay shipping. i then wired the money through western union, but of course never recieved my pet. the seller was contacting me through text, and when i asked that they call me, the reply was, "i cant talk i dump" i suppose they meant dumb, but thats what the reply said exactly. id just like to know if there is any way to get my money back from western union, or find out where the money was really picked up.
