FRAUD
After being guaranteed I could stay in my home, I signed up with California Document Services www.cadocservice.com in Feb 2012.
Shortly after, I learned from my attorney (who really helped me stay in my home) that it is ILLEGAL in the state of California to collect fees for the service in the manner that they routinely do.
Before a month has passed I cancelled the program with them. They had done nothing.
They continued to charge my checking account every month for the next several months, raking up thousands in charges. I continually phoned, emailed and sent cancellation letters. Each time I got a hold of anyone I was assured I would receive a refund.
This continued for months until I spoke to their "president" David Christian. He assured me I would receive a full refund both verbally and via email.
It has now been almost a monts they have still not refunded me or responded to numerous complaints.
They are a scam operation preying on the desperation of homeowners losing their homes.
I am suing the company in small claims court.

- This complaint is completely frivolous. We have requested that they provide some physical proof that they worked with our company . Previous posts have been posted by a competitors salesman to try to persuade customers to work with them . If you search we have never been sued and this is just another attempt to slander and give out false information about our company . We are working with scam book to resolve the issue .
