To everyone who has been scammed by DealFun--you won't get your money back! I got roped in by them also at the beginning of the year for buying a bid pack. I won several items and after months of not getting the items, they finally sent me an e-mail stating the items were not available and I would be credited the bids back. I e-mailed them back and requested a full refund for not providing the services they promised. After no response, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. After 2 months, the credit card company came back and said that they could not give me my money back because DealFun had provided evidence that they provided the bids that I paid for. I explained that that I never got my merchandise and never got to use all of my bids. The bank stated that DealFun did not promise that I would ever get actual merchandise and/or get to use the bids. Just that they would provide them to me. I then explained that technically they did not provide them to me because the website is no longer in business. The bank then stated that since they credited the bids to my account, that was all they had to do. DealFun did not have to let have access to my account and/or use the bids. What a bunch of BS! If anyone files a lawsuit, count me in!
