I ordered a FREE sample of 3 concoctions. My receipt said 30 day trial. However what they ship is a 30 day supply, that costs 97.88. If you do not contact them within 14 days to cancel they'll put you in the Honorary or Special ( I don't recall the exact name). My bad, I had forgotten about it and assumed it was dropped. Apparently not as I received a new shipment ($97.88) today. I called the support number listed on the receipt, there were 3 options given, none of which was the "30 day" trail. While on hold ( more than 20 min.). I googled the company and there was an entire page of complaints against then. Mr. Support answered and explained that he would send me a return label, my account will be credited once they receive the returned package, and I would have no further contact. I then questioned him about the initial samples of (97.88), he stated that since I hadnot canceled during the 1st 14days of my 30 day supply, that that would not be credited back even if I enclosed both shipments. Lesson learned...
