I signed up for bidrack knowing they had a win guarantee, which the following info was on their main page: "Everyone at Bidrack wins! With our win guarantee if you don't win an auction simply email us and we'll give you your bids back until you do!"

I purchased a bid pack of $99 upon initial registration, then another $60 bid pack when those ran out. After I used all of my bids, I then read their Terms and Conditions page, which states the following: "C. Bid Package guarantee is setup for beginner customers, If you are bidding on Bid Pack auctions and are unable to win we will reset your bids until you win. If you lose the majority (50%+) of your bids on auctions above $40 Retail value, your bid package will only be reset once."

So, what they want you to do is waste your bid guarantee on a cheap item. I did not know this going into it, because I went off the statement on the front page and it was very misleading. They did restock my bids on multiple occaisions, however, it is almost impossible to win a large ticket item without spending many hundreds of bids and many hours sitting in front of a computer counting down the 10 seconds for every penny bid.

In my opinion, this is legalized gambling and should be outlawed. It is very unfair to the majority of the consumers using this program.
