What a disappointment. A reputable retailer was also tarnished by such a false hope to one of its loyal customers. Couldn't this retailer have prevented such a scam? I went out of my way to "claim", as the message said to do, all the way to the library, (Most poorer people can not afford their own computer), wasting money to get there, only to read all those reports from so many other people like me.
