On 3/6/12 I took my car in for an oil change at Firestone located at 10135 bloomingdale avenue riverview florida. I drove about 400 miles. The next day I noticed oil on the floor of the garage. I immediately returned to firestone, they put the car on the lift and found that the tech who worked on my car failed to tighten the oil plug. They then tighten the plug added oil and said my engine would be fine. LIES!! 28 days later my car threw a rod. I filed a claim with firestone and they are refusing to take responsibility for this. I now have to come up with 4500.00 to replace my engine. Don't ever take your car to this shop, they will destroy your car!
