International boundaries
I ordered a canvas print. They charged me the fee plus an international transaction fee (they are supposed to be located in Miami). They sent me a Fed Ex shipping number but never sent Fed Ex the package. They do not respond to email and when you call the phone number it just rings and rings.
Update: 06/24/2011
The company refunded my money, less the international transaction fee, on 6/24/11
