After watching the genie bra infommercial I ordered the 3 bras and because of that got 3 more bras free. After several weeks the bras arrived but after using their fitting guide the bras did not fit, thus they told me to return them and they woud send me a new size. They did, but the bras where not the quaiity expressed on TV...the band rides up, no way to adjust strap size, and very thin flimsy material. I took one of them to about three different stores and compared them to similar bras. In all cases the genie bra was inferior in quality and craftssmanship.
When I checked my bank statement I found that they had charged me twice for $89.97. I called them again and asked for an explanation. They said that I must have made two orders. I informed that I had done no such thing! I wanted my money returned. I also said that nothing had been said about having to pay shipping charges for the three free bras, thus i would like that refund returned also.
The rep. hemmed around and after saying several times I must have ordered it all. I once again that I had not and could prove it if we listened to the tape that they say is done for our benifit so there wll be no misunderstandings. She then said she refund me the $12.97 for shipping, but a supervisor would have to speak with and talk with me. I was on hold over 5 minutes, then she comes back and said the supervisors will return my call by the end of the day.
I waited for over WEEK and got no respose. Called and got another rep. and told my story...she said she would definately have a supervisor call me before the end of the day. Waited several days and called again and got another rep. and explained everything.
She said for me to make a copy of my bank statement and fax it to her and she would review it with a supervisor and get back to me ASP ....tso I did...that was a couple weeks ago and I have heard nothing! I am at a loss what to do.
I am making one more call tomorrow, if I do not get a satisfactory respose I will call VISA and ask them to intercede.
