I was online checking my bank account records and noticed a withdrawl that I did not authorize. PAY AVANIX 8552312622 showed up on my bank records with the amount 31.96 removed from my account I made two phone calls to try and avoid my bank account from being negatively affected however both people I spoke to through the company were rude the first lady I spoke to said the money was already credited back to my account she was unable to help me and the second person I spoke too stated that it was not returned yet but I could expect the money to be returned in 7 to 10 business days. In this economy where most people are living pay check to pay check it is a difficult time for a widow trying her best to raise 3 children on her own let alone to be fradulently swindled out of any money. I hope when karma finally reaches this company they end up bankrupt and the immoral vapid customer service agents can reap what they definitely sow when they are standing in their local unemployment line.
