Over the course of the past 3 years I have used this entertainment web site. It advertises to be free. If you actually want to use it, it costs money. I have put over 1,000 dollars into my account. When I had a complaint with their lack of customer service they tampered with my account to the point that it is no longer usable for it's intents and purposes. They have charged me for services that they have not provided. They have an F rating with the BBB and I do not see why they are allowed to continue to scam consumers.
