I never authorized any ACH payments from this company. I went to their homepage and it shows that you must initial for the agreement. I never went on their page and initialed anything. I certainly didn't authorize a payment of $34.95 for them to search for me a payday loan. They captured my information without my permission and went into my account unauthorized. I didn't know who they were until I saw on my online banking information that they had made 5 small ACH pending withdrawals.
