I was just made aware of a bill that has been added to my T-mobile monthly charge. I have no idea where it came from. The T-Mobile rep is stating that I hit some popup that activated it. I don't think that happened. I actually spoke to a rep. of the company and she told me that she refused to give me a refund. This company is stealing from me. I never made such a request.
