An electronic check was taken out of my account without my knowledge. I called the number on the check and the young man said it was for a subscription to Demi Box LTD and was verified by my husband at 2 a.m. on the 26th. He had no idea and I know he was in bed at the time. The guy said he would refund the money in 3 - 6 days. Either way, I'm going to stop payment at my bank.

- I had the same thing happen to me. I noticed someone said that they once had a loan serviced with OCWEN. So did I. I'm curious if anyone else has in the past too. If not, what other commonalities are there with the charges.

- I've posted a complaint on the FTC's website. I tried contacting OCWEN but they don't really seem to care. It seems that OCWEN is a common denominator in this scheme. I think their records have been compromised. Please go to https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and make a complaint too.
